Delivery Info
Curbside delivery is FREE for residents of San Jose, Campbell, Milpitas, Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View, and Saratoga. Buildings with elevators included.
If stairs are involved, we're happy to assist with the additional effort. Here's what you need to know:
- 2nd Floor Delivery: $20
- 3rd Floor Delivery: $25
(Please note: Our driver comes alone, so we ask that you have someone available to assist with moving the couch upstairs.)
We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible—just have a helping hand ready, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Same-day delivery is available depending on our schedule, and we typically deliver within 48 hours!

Our thorough, multi-step cleaning process— which includes dry vacuuming, shampoo pretreatment application, drill brushing, and a distilled water extraction—ensures that your couch is as clean as possible. Finally, we spot-clean any stubborn stains to give you a fresh, comfortable piece that’s ready for your home. You’ll notice the difference that our attention to detail makes in every couch we offer!
Return Policy
All sales are final once the transaction is completed. We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect the couch in-person before purchasing to ensure satisfaction with its condition.
